Location: University of Michigan in Ann Arbor – near Packard Rd.

Compensation: Starts at $22.00 per hour – WEEKLY PAY!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
• Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
• Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using the company’s applicant tracking system.

Here’s What You Need To Apply:

• At least 1-2 years of recruiting/talent acquisition/staffing/HR experience required.
• Work experience conducting interviews and candidate management is required.
• Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks.
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS/HRIS).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.
• Must be available in the evening hours.
• Must be comfortable with short-term, project based work.
