Location: Gestamp in Chelsea

Compensation: $19.75 per hour (for 2nd shift) – WEEKLY PAY!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Ensure equipment functions efficiently and procedures are followed
• Repair/rework welds on various size parts on the production line
• Complete visual checks to ensure parts meet quality inspections
• Eliminate scrap, and problem solve by following instructions
• Understand the entire assembly process
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment

Here’s What You Need To Apply:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• One year of experience of working in a production facility
• Any previous welding experience is preferred
• Ability to pass a welding test
• Strong attention to detail skills, and able to read following instructions
• Ability to work in a faced paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
