Location: Michigan Medicine in Ann Arbor – downtown Ann Arbor

Compensation: $18.00 per hour – WEEKLY PAY!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Verify insurance coverage, eligibility and benefit information. Explain coverage and co-pays to the patient or referral sources as appropriate.
• Schedule patient appointments in Epic/MiChart system within Quality Improvement timelines. Schedule blocks in Epic/MiChart schedule as needed.
• Assist patients, visitors, and vendors and other administrative duties as assigned.

Here’s What You Need To Apply:

• High school diploma, or GED
• 2-5 years of customer service experience
• At least 2-3 years of administrative experience
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (skills testing required)
• Able to comply with Michigan Medicine immunization policy
