Our client, Michigan Medicine, in Ann Arbor is currently seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented individual to work as a Customer Service Representative! This is a temp-to-hire opportunity that starts immediately. Apply today!

Location:  Michigan Medicine in Ann Arbor

Compensation: $18.50/hr.  – WEEKLY PAY!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Independently communicate via email to receive orders and deliver products to customers
• Provide delivery to customers as needed
• Research and solve any discrepancies independently
• Complete daily inventory reports
• Balance daily sales reports to maintain billing and inventory accuracy

Here’s What You Need To Apply:

• High school diploma, or equivalent, college coursework or degree a plus
• 2 years of retail or store experience in a public setting
• Efficiency with Microsoft Office programs, such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Experience with data entry, databases and spreadsheets
• Ability to lift, bend, push, or pull boxes weighing from 15 pounds up to approximately 60 pounds
• Must meet Michigan Medicine immunization requirements.
