Location: Michigan Medicine in Ann Arbor

Compensation: $17.00-$18.00 per hour – WEEKLY PAY!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Answer incoming calls
• Provide outstanding customer service in a busy, fast-paced office setting
• Inform patients of medical policies & procedures
• Experience working in mychart (preferred but not required)

Here’s What You Need To Apply:

• High School diploma, or equivalent
• Efficiency with Microsoft Office programs, such as Word, Excel and Outlook
• Able to provide all MM immunization requirements
• 0-2 years of customer service or clerical experience including contact with the public
• Able to lift between 10-15lbs
