Location:  University of Michigan in Ann Arbor

Compensation: $21 per hour – WEEKLY PAY!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Provide exceptional front-line customer service
• Leverage tools and resources to respond accurately to questions and, if appropriate, refer on to the appropriate office
• Handle confidential and sensitive information in compliance with federal, state, and institutional laws and policies

Here’s What You Need To Apply:

• Associate’s degree
• Customer service experience
• Ability to deliver exceptional service through multiple communication channels
• Financial aid experience
• Familiarity with using student information systems (such as Oracle)
