As we head into the new year, we wanted to share some important measures being put into place regarding OSHA implementing an Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS) for COVID-19. An ETS is a rule that can be established quickly to address emerging threats to worker safety and may eventually be replaced with a more permanent rule.
