HOLIDAY OFFICE HOURS: Please note our reduced hours and closures in observance of the Christmas and New Year’s holidays:

• Christmas Eve (Wednesday 12/24/14): 8:00am – 3:00pm
• Christmas Day (Thursday, 12/25/14): Office Closed
• New Year’s Eve (Wednesday, 12/31/14): 8:00am – 5:00pm
• New Year’s Day (Thursday, 01/01/15): Office Closed

HOLIDAY PAYROLL SCHEDULE: Due to the above holiday office hours/closures, you may experience a one (1) day payroll delay.

• PAYCHECK PICKUP: Early paycheck pickup will be available on 12/24/14 and 12/31/14 ONLY. If you normally pick up your paycheck, you may pick it up at either office between the hours of 8:00am – 3:00pm on Wednesday, 12/24/14 and between the hours of 8:00am – 5:00pm on Wednesday, 12/31/14.
• MAILED PAYCHECK: Paychecks that are normally mailed will be taken to the post office on Wednesday, 12/24/14 and Wednesday, 12/31/14. However, due to the holiday, there will be no postal service on Thursday, 12/25/14 and Thursday, 01/01/15. We anticipate that paychecks delivered via the postal service will be delayed by at least one (1) day.
• DIRECT DEPOSIT: (via your bank account or ADP Total Paycard) Direct deposit funding transactions will take place as scheduled. However, due to the holiday, banks will be closed on Thursday, 12/25/14 and Thursday, 01/01/15. We anticipate that direct deposit transactions may be delayed by at least one (1) day.

If you normally use one of the above options, but would like to pick up your paycheck in the office either or both of these weeks, you MUST inform the Accounting/Payroll Team directly NO LATER THAN 12 NOON on MONDAY, 12/22/14 or 12/29/14.

To avoid any delay in payroll processing, please submit your payroll hours ASAP! All timeslips for week ending 12/21/14 and 12/28/14 MUST be in our office no later than 5:00pm on Monday, 12/22/14 and 12/29/14 (respectively). WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PROCESS ANY HOURS AFTER 12 NOON ON TUESDAY, 12/30/2014. Hours received after this time will not be processed until Friday, 01/02/15 and will be considered 2015 wages.
