Unexpected Payroll Delay for 11/13/20 Payday – RESOLVED
UPDATE at of 3:00pm EST, 11/13/2020
Dear Manpower Associates,
We received notification from our corporate headquarters just a short while ago that the issue to the payroll delay that many of you were affected by has been identified and a resolution is in place.
Most associates will see their payroll funds hit their accounts by 5:00pm EST this evening (Friday, 11/13). However, some associates who bank with smaller institutions may not see their funds deposited until tomorrow (Saturday, 11/14). There is a chance that associates who bank with credit unions may not see their funds until Monday (11/16).
Please know that this was not an isolated issue. Thousands of Manpower associates across the United States were impacted by this delay. An investigation is being conducted as to what happened but please know that this is not something that we had anticipated nor could have predicted.

Manpower, Inc. of SE Michigan is receiving numerous reports from our associates alerting us to a delay in receipt of payroll funds for the November 13, 2020 payday.
While we were not anticipating delays to payroll this week, we suspect this delay in release of funds from the Federal Reserve may be related to the Veteran’s Day holiday.
Payroll was processed on time and our associates should have received paystub emails by now.
Please continue to check with your financial institution throughout the day for confirmation of deposit.
