We’re hosting a drive-thru hiring event for Direct Hire openings at Thetford Corporation in Dexter on Tuesday, March 16 from 10am – 3pm. The event will take place onsite at Thetford, located at 800 Baker Road in Dexter, MI 48130.  

These are Assembler positions with openings available on all three shifts. Job duties include assembling, inspecting, and packaging finished toilets and RV waste evacuation hoses on various time-monitored and continuous-pace manufacturing lines. Candidates need to be comfortable lifting 15-50 pounds repeatedly during a regular shift.

Starting pay rate is $15.50/hour plus a $0.70/hour shift premium when working 2nd or 3rd shift. Pay progressions up to $17.85 (+ shift premium) in as soon as 6 months! Overtime pay after 8 hours per day. Double time pay for hours worked on Sunday. Perfect attendance bonuses quarterly.
