ManpowerGroup has released the results of the Manpower Employment Outlook Survey (MEOS) for Quarter 2 2014.  The survey reports the strongest second quarter hiring intentions since Q2 2008.  Survey results indicate that employers expect hiring intentions to remain relatively stable during Quarter 2 2014 compared to Quarter 1 2014 and slightly increase compared to one year ago at this time.
