Labor Day Payroll Delay and Holiday Office Hours

Please note that our Ann Arbor and Monroe offices will be closed in observance of the Labor Day holiday on Monday, September 1, 2014.

Timeslips for the previous week – week ending August 31, 2014 – will need to be turned into the Manpower office NO LATER THAN 5:00pm on Tuesday, September 2, 2014. (Click here to find out how you can submit your timeslip on the go from your smartphone!)

In addition, please see the one (1) day payroll delay schedule below:

Paycheck Pickup Associates: If you normally pick up your paycheck from the Ann Arbor office, you may do so after 2:00pm on Thursday, September 4, 2014. If you normally pick up your paycheck from the Monroe office, you may do so after 11:00am on Thursday, September 4, 2014.

Paycheck Mailed Associates: If you normally receive your paycheck through postal mail, please expect to receive it one (1) day later than normal (as early as Friday, September 5, 2014, but no later than Monday, September 8, 2014).

Direct Deposit/ADP Paycard Associates: If you normally receive your payroll funds via direct deposit, including via the ADP Total Paycard, please expect to see funds deposited one (1) day later than normal (as early as Friday, September 5, 2014, but no later than Monday, September 8, 2014).

If you would like to pick up your paycheck from the office that week only, you MUST inform the accounting/payroll team directly NO LATER THAN NOON, TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 2, 2014.
