Labor Day Office Hours & Payroll Information
On Monday, September 3rd, our Ann Arbor and Monroe offices will be closed for walk-in business, including payroll processing, in observance of the Labor Day holiday. We will resume normal hours for walk-in traffic on Tuesday, September 4th. Please feel free to call us at 734-665-3757 if you have any questions, concerns, or staffing needs as our phones are staffed 24/7/365.
Regarding payroll processing, please make note of the following:
If you are responsible for submitting a paper timeslip…
Timeslips for week ending September 2nd need to be turned in to our office no later than 5pm on Tuesday, September 4th. If you are able to submit your timeslip sooner, please do so!
If you use Peoplenet* web time entry…
You will need to submit your hours via the Peoplenet tool before midnight Sunday, September 2nd.
*This does not apply to those using Peoplenet Virtual Time Clocks.
September 7th Payday…
We anticipate no delays to payroll distribution for Friday, September 7th. However, that is dependent on timely submission of hours worked. Because of the shortened work week, we have a reduced window of time in which we can process payroll so it is VERY IMPORTANT that we receive your payroll hours by the dates/times indicated above. Late time will result in a delay of you receiving your pay.
