Labor Day Holiday Hours & Payroll Information

September 4, 2020

On Monday, September 7th, our Ann Arbor and Monroe offices will be closed for onsite business, including payroll processing, in observance of the Labor Day holiday. We will resume office hours by appointment only on Tuesday, September 8th. Please feel free to call us at 734-665-3757 if you have any questions, concerns, or staffing needs as our phones are staffed 24/7/365.

If you use Peoplenet online timekeeping…

You will need to submit your hours via the Peoplenet tool before midnight Sunday, September 6th.

If you are responsible for submitting a paper timeslip…

Timeslips for week ending September 6th need to be turned in to our office no later than 5pm on Tuesday, September 8th. If you are able to submit your timeslip sooner, please do so!

September 11th Payday…

We anticipate no delays to payroll distribution for Friday, September 11th. However, that is dependent on timely submission of hours worked. Because of the shortened work week, we have a reduced window of time in which we can process payroll so it is VERY IMPORTANT that we receive your payroll hours by the dates/times indicated above.  Late time will result in a delay of you receiving your pay.
