Important 2023 W-2 and 2024 W-4 Information

Attention Associates of Manpower, Inc. of SE Michigan! Please read this important information regarding 2023 W-2 delivery and 2024 W-4 exempt status!
2023 W-2 Delivery
2023 W-2s will be mailed from our corporate headquarters in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on or before the January 31st due date. It will be delivered to the mailing address on file with Manpower as of the last payroll of 2023 (December 24, 2023). If you did not update your address by this date, your W-2 will be returned to our Ann Arbor office or forwarded by the post office (click here to change your address with the USPS online or stop by your local post office).
Please note the following: W-2s are NOT available online and we CANNOT email W-2s. Duplicate W-2s will not be available until February.
If you worked for a Manpower office other than Ann Arbor or Monroe, or you have additional questions regarding your W-2, please contact the Manpower Associate Care Center at 800-561-6934 option 4 or email W2@manpower.com.
2024 W-4 Exempt Status
Manpower associates claiming exempt status from Federal and/or State tax withholding must provide an updated Form W-4 each year. If we do not have a new Form W-4 on file for the current year, we are required by law to change your withholding status to Single with zero (0) withholdings. Updated forms need to be completed within your profile no later than February 1, 2024 to prevent your exemption status from automatically changing to Single with zero (0) withholding allowances. You can update your W-4s quickly and securely via your Manpower.com account.
Personal Information Updates
All updates to your information, including but not limited to your mailing address, email, and tax withholdings can be made within your Manpower.com account. Unable to login to your Manpower.com account or need assistance with updating your address or W-4?
