4th of July Office Hours & Payroll Information
On Wednesday, July 4th, our Ann Arbor and Monroe offices will be closed for walk-in business, including payroll processing, in observance of the Independence Day holiday. We will resume normal hours for walk-in traffic on Thursday, July 5th and Friday, July 6th. (Our offices will be open on Monday, July 2nd and Tuesday, July 3rd.) Please feel free to call us at 734-665-3757 if you have any questions, concerns, or staffing needs as our phones are staffed 24/7/365.
Regarding payroll processing, please make note of the following:
If you are responsible for submitting a paper timeslip…
Timeslips for week ending July 1st need to be turned in to our office no later than 5pm on Monday, July 2nd.
If you use Peoplenet* web time entry…
You will need to submit your hours via the Peoplenet tool before midnight Sunday, July 1st.
*This does not apply to those using Peoplenet Virtual Time Clocks.
July 6th Payday…
We anticipate no delays to payroll distribution for Friday, July 6th. However, that is dependent on timely submission of hours worked; late time will likely result in a delay of you receiving your pay.
