2023 Thanksgiving Holiday Office Hours and Payroll Information
ANN ARBOR OFFICE HOURS
On Thursday, November 23rd (Thanksgiving Day), our office will be closed for onsite business. On Friday, November 24th (Black Friday), our office will be open by phone or appointment only under reduced business hours from 9:00am – 3:00pm. If you have a question, concern, or need to reach us during the times we are closed, please call 734-665-3757. Our phones are staffed around-the-clock, 24/7/365, to better serve you!
PAYROLL INFORMATION
Payroll distribution for week ending November 19th is dependent upon timely submission of hours worked and will be handled as follows:
– Direct Deposit / ADP Paycard – Electronic payroll funds will be directly deposited into your financial account or onto your paycard on Friday, November 24th for immediate access (we anticipate no delay).
– Prenote Paper Checks – If you are receiving a paper check during the prenote stage (until direct deposit goes into effect), your paycheck will be mailed. Checks will be delivered to the postal service the night of Wednesday, November 22nd; you should expect to receive it within 2-3 business days. If you would like to pick up your paycheck at our Ann Arbor office, please call us to make arrangements for pickup on Friday, November 24th between the hours of 9:00am – 3:00pm.
