2022 Winter Holiday and Year-End Announcements

Greetings, Manpower Associates! With the holidays and year-end quickly approaching, we wanted to take a moment to pass along some important information.  Please review the below, and if you have any questions, reach out to your Manpower representative at 734-665-3757.  From all of us at Manpower, we wish you and yours the happiest of holidays!

OPEN ENROLLMENT
Manpower’s 2023 Open Enrollment period is Monday, November 21st – Sunday, December 11th. Our Group Voluntary Life, Dental, Vision, Accident, and Critical Illness Insurance plans will also be open for enrollment, updates, or cancellations during this time. Email notifications will go out to all eligible associates at this time. If you feel you should have received an email about open enrollment and you did not, please reach out to us at benefits@manpowermi.com or call 734-665-3757. If you choose to decline insurance through Manpower during this period, you will not be eligible again until Manpower’s next open enrollment (unless you have a qualifying life event).

HOLIDAY OFFICE HOURS
Please note our revised holiday office hours. If you need to reach us during the times we are closed, please call 734-665-3757 as our phones are staffed around-the-clock, 24/7/365!
Friday, December 23rd: Our Ann Arbor office will be open under reduced hours from 8:00am – 4:30pm. In Monroe, at Elm Ave Coworking, we will have normal hours from 8:00am – 4:00pm.
Monday, December 26th: Our Ann Arbor office will be open under reduced hours from 8:00am – 4:30pm. In Monroe, at Elm Ave Coworking, we will have normal hours from 8:00am – 4:00pm.
Monday, January 2nd: Our Ann Arbor office will be open under reduced hours from 8:00am – 4:30pm. In Monroe, at Elm Ave Coworking, we will have normal hours from 8:00am – 4:00pm.

HOLIDAY PAYROLL SCHEDULE
Electronic Deposit:
We anticipate NO delays or variations to the December 23rd and December 30th paydays. Please note that payroll distribution is dependent upon timely submission of hours worked. Late submission of hours will likely result in a delay of receiving your pay.
Quarter/Year End: Due to the quarter/year-end, we CANNOT process any late payroll hours. Hours received after 10am on Wednesday, December 28th will not be processed until the week of January 2nd. Associates who turn in their payroll on time will still be paid as scheduled (on Friday, December 30th).

W-2 ADDRESS VERIFICATION
The deadline to update your address for prompt delivery of your 2022 W-2 is Sunday, December 25th. Addresses updated after this date will be forwarded by the post office or returned to our office.
