Possible Direct Deposit Delay (8/5/16)

Please note that today – Friday, August 5, 2016 – an issue occured due to an automated funds transfer with our banking partner. Because of this, funds for hours submitted last week have been delayed for some of our associates.

We understand that a situation like this may create stress for our associates, and we apologize for the delay in your pay.  Please know that we are taking this concern seriously.

Below is the most up-to-date information to share:

  • Pay has now been released and will be deposited into your account later today, tomorrow, or Monday, depending on your financial institution.
  • If you need further assistance, our support teams are available to assist you in one of the following ways:
    • Email associate.care@manpower.com.
    • Chat via your Manpower.com profile, select Secure Self Service.
    • Call 800-561-6934. Please note that you may experience long hold times due to the volume of calls.
    • Check the status of your pay 24/7 by calling the Manpower Associate Care Center (MACC) at 800-561-6934 and select the appropriate Integrated Voice Response (IVR) option from the menu.
