May 2, 2017

Manpower, Inc. of SE Michigan has been recertified with the Gold Seal of Approval® for health care staffing services by The Joint Commission. On April 13, 2017, Manpower, Inc. of SE Michigan underwent its second onsite recertification audit of its compliance with national standards that assess how staffing firms determine the qualifications and competency of their staff, how they place their staff, and how they monitor staff’s performance. As a result, Manpower, Inc. of SE Michigan successfully passed this audit with no findings or deficiencies.

The Joint Commission’s certification program, launched in October 2004, offers an independent, comprehensive evaluation of a staffing firm’s abilities to provide competent staffing services. Manpower, Inc. of SE Michigan initially achieved Joint Commission certification in February 2013. “This certification of our commitment to providing quality services means that our clients can rely on a staffing standard that integrates with their own systems for health care delivery and our employees can count on the training and support necessary to succeed in their health care assignments,” says Susan Carlson, franchise president and owner. “We are proud to be recertified with The Joint Commission’s Gold Seal of Approval®.”
