Holiday Payroll Schedule Variations

Due to our holiday office hours/closures, there will be a one (1) day “payday” delay.  Associates who normally pick up their paychecks may pick them up at either office after 2:00 pm on Thursday, December 26th and Thursday, January 2nd.  Paychecks that are normally mailed will be taken to the post office on Thursday, December 26th and Thursday, January 2nd. 

To avoid any further delay in payroll processing:

  • Timeslips for weekending 12/22/13 will need to be in our office no later than 5:00pm on Monday, 12/23.
  • Timeslips for weekending 12/29/13 will need to be in our office no later than 5:00pm on Monday, 12/30.

Associates who normally receive their paycheck in the mail, but would like to pick up their paychecks these two (2) weeks only, MUST inform the Accounting/Payroll Team no later than 12:00pm, on either Monday, 12/23 or 12/30.  Associates who have funds electronically transferred either via direct deposit or the ADP Total Paycard should have their funds deposited into their account no later than the following Mondays (12/30 and 1/6, respectively).
