Christmas and New Year’s Holiday Office Hours and Payroll Info
Happy Holidays, Manpower Associates! Please read this important communication regarding Manpower’s Christmas and New Year’s holiday office hours and payroll information.
Holiday office hours for our Ann Arbor and Monroe offices are as follows:
- Christmas Holiday: On Thursday, December 24th (Christmas Eve), we will be open under reduced hours from 9:00am-5:00pm. On Friday, December 25th (Christmas Day), we will be closed for walk-in business.
- New Year’s Holiday: On Thursday, December 31st (New Year’s Eve), we will be open under reduced hours from 8:00am-5:00pm. On Friday, January 1st (New Year’s Day, we will be closed for walk-in business.
If you have a question, concern, or need to reach us during the times we are closed, please call 734-665-1232. Our phones are staffed around-the-clock, 24/7/365, to better serve you!
Payroll distribution for weeks ending December 20th and December 27th will be handled as follows:
- Direct Deposit / ADP Paycard: Electronic payroll funds will be deposited into your account or on your ADP paycard on Thursday, December 24th and Thursday, December 31st.
- Mailed Paychecks: Mailed checks will be delivered to the U.S. Postal Service on Wednesday, December 23rd and Wednesday, December 30th. You can expect to receive your check within 2-3 business days.
- Paycheck Pick Up: Paychecks will be available for pick up at our Ann Arbor and Monroe offices after 9:00am on Thursday, December 24th and Thursday, December 31st.
If you would like to make any adjustments to how your payroll is distributed these two weeks, you MUST inform the accounting/payroll team directly no later than 12:00 noon on Monday, December 21st and Monday, December 28th.
