Just like you, the people who work at Manpower, Inc. of Southeastern Michigan are many things to many people. But most of all, we are human beings caring about others with whom we live and work with in our wonderful community. We are dedicated to being involved with giving back through various volunteer activities as well as charitable and fundraising events. We give a little money. We give a little time. We give a little of ourselves. Simply stated, the work of these organizations inspires our work here at Manpower.

Looking back at 2013, Manpower, Inc. of Southeastern Michigan was proud to support many organizations. Here are a few of our most notable highlights:

• We brought in $2,830 and participated in the Big Brothers Big Sisters Bowl For Kids’ Sake event in March.
• We raised $10,272 towards the American Cancer Society’s Making Strides Against Breast Cancer with 292 walkers from Team Manpower participating in the annual 5K walk on October 26th!
• We helped make the holiday season a little brighter for two families through the Magic of Christmas Adopt a Family Foundation, collecting $584 and many gifts.
• Through our “Jeans Day Fridays,” we received donations totaling $4,095 to go towards various organizations all year long!

As we ring in the 2014 New Year, we look forward to our continued support and dedication to giving back to the community in which we are so deeply rooted. We hope the same is true for you! Happy New Year!
